As a landscape photographer from Cork, I've always cherished cozy spots to unwind after a day of capturing stunning vistas. Our family vacation at Maayo Hotel was memorable for its family-friendly atmosphere and thoughtful amenities. The friendly staff made us feel right at home, from our smooth check-in with Wennie to the exceptional service provided by the entire team. Our kids loved the resort pool, which was a refreshing escape after spending time on the beach, just a stone's throw away. In the mornings, we'd enjoy a hearty breakfast - while options were somewhat limited, the dedication of the staff, like Manfred and his team, made up for it. One of my personal highlights was Jay's margaritas by the pool; they were a perfect treat for us adults. The hotel crew ensured our experience was seamless; even on our early departure day, breakfast was ready at 5:00 AM. Maayo Hotel is an excellent choice for families looking for a relaxing getaway while exploring the beauty of Cebu.
